What is the Canadian Pantry Preparedness Toolkit (CPPT)?
The Canadian Pantry Preparedness Toolkit (CPPT) is a practical, step-by-step household system for choosing, buying, storing, rotating and using food more intentionally. It brings pantry planning, waste reduction and household food resilience together in one system designed for ordinary Canadian households.
Who is CPPT for?
CPPT is designed for ordinary Canadian households at many different starting points—from beginners with one cupboard to rural or northern households with larger pantry and freezer storage. It is for anyone who wants to buy food more intentionally, reduce waste and build a practical system around the food, space and routines they actually have.
Do I need a large pantry?
No. One cupboard, one shelf or one freezer basket counts. CPPT helps you start with the space you already have and build gradually according to your household’s needs, budget and available storage.
Is CPPT a prepper or survival-stockpiling system?
No. CPPT is a practical household food-management system, not a fear-based stockpiling plan. It focuses on familiar food your household actually uses, stored safely and rotated regularly—everyday readiness for everyday life.

How is CPPT delivered?
CPPT is delivered digitally through Payhip. After purchase, you will receive access to download the complete toolkit package. Internet access is required for the initial download; once saved, the files can be used offline.
Is CPPT for one household, or can it be shared?
Each purchase is licensed to one household at one residential address. You may save the files on your own devices and print copies for your household. Digital or printed copies may not be shared, uploaded, redistributed, resold or provided to anyone outside your household.
How do I get support?
For help with file access, delivery or a damaged download, use the website contact form or email canadianpantryprepardeness@gmail.com. Include the email used for your order and a brief description of the problem. Never send payment-card details.
Will CPPT save me money?
CPPT cannot guarantee specific savings. It helps you focus on what your household can control: buying intentionally, comparing value, choosing sensible quantities, rotating stored food and reducing avoidable waste.
What devices or software do I need?
The guide and worksheets can be viewed on a phone, tablet, laptop or desktop computer using a current PDF reader. The calculator workbook requires software that can open .xlsx files. Microsoft Excel is recommended; Google Sheets and Apple Numbers may display minor formatting differences. Printing is optional.
Is CPPT a one-time purchase or a subscription?
CPPT is a one-time purchase. There are no recurring subscription charges.
What is the refund policy?
Because CPPT is delivered as digital files that cannot be returned after download or access, purchases are generally final and non-refundable. Limited exceptions apply to duplicate charges, delivery problems, damaged or incomplete files, material misdescription and undisclosed technical limitations. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of purchase.
Can I buy CPPT for my group?
Yes. Contact us before purchasing and tell us how many households are participating. Each household must receive its own licensed copy; one toolkit may not be copied or distributed among group members.
Was AI used to create CPPT?
The practical system and real-life experience behind CPPT are mine. I used AI as a working tool to produce the toolkit.

Refund policy
The Canadian Pantry Preparedness Toolkit is a digital product delivered electronically. Because digital files cannot be returned after they have been downloaded or accessed, purchases are generally final and non-refundable.
Please review the product description, included materials, licence terms and technical requirements before purchasing.
A refund may be provided when:
- you were charged more than once for the same purchase;
- the files are missing, damaged, incomplete or cannot be opened, and we are unable to correct the problem;
- the product you received is materially different from its description;
- a required technical limitation was not disclosed before purchase; or
- the files were not delivered or accessed.
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of purchase and include the purchaser's name, order information and a description of the problem. We may first provide replacement files or reasonable technical assistance when that can resolve the issue.
Refunds are not normally provided for a change of mind, failure to read the product description or circumstances unrelated to the quality or delivery of the product.
Approved refunds will be returned through the original payment method.
This policy does not limit any consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

The complete toolkit package is delivered digitally through Payhip after successful checkout.
Licence terms
Single-household licence
Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Canadian Pantry Preparedness Toolkit for personal, non-commercial use within one household at one residential address.
You may:
- download the toolkit onto devices used by members of that household;
- make reasonable backup copies for personal safekeeping; and
- print the guide and worksheets as reasonably needed for members of that household.
You may not:
- share the toolkit with anyone who does not ordinarily live at the licensed residential address;
- email, copy, upload, post, publish or otherwise distribute the digital files or printed materials outside the licensed household;
- resell, sublicense or include any part of the toolkit in another product or service; or
- use the toolkit in a class, workshop, community group, business, organization or other group setting.
Purchasing the toolkit does not transfer copyright or ownership of its contents.
This licence applies to the version purchased. Educational, workshop, community-group, organizational and other multi-household uses require a separate written licence.
